NYSE Owner Is Said in Talks to Invest in Crypto Firm MoonPay

Intercontinental Exchange Inc., owner of the New York Stock Exchange, is in talks to invest in crypto payments firm MoonPay Inc. as part of a funding round, people familiar with the matter said.

New York-based MoonPay is close to completing the fundraising and is targeting a valuation of about $5 billion, said one of the people, who asked not to be named discussing private deliberations.
