Harris Associates Encourages Paramount to Hike Warner Bros. Bid

Alex Fitch, director of US research at Harris Associates, is encouraging Paramount Skydance Corp. to increase its offer for Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.

Harris is the fifth-largest shareholder of Warner Bros. with about 3.9% of the stock, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Fitch is also portfolio manager of the Oakmark Select Fund and Oakmark Equity and Income Fund.
