Cboe Global Markets Inc.’s Australian unit is receiving strong demand for its listings market and signaled more initial public offerings from miners, even after its parent company initiated a sales process for the firm.

Prospective companies are continuing to engage with Cboe Australia, according to its top executives. The exchange operator — a smaller rival to ASX Ltd’s main bourse — indicated that its listings market could launch in early 2026. It previously expected to roll out IPOs in the second half of this year, prior to Cboe Global’s sale announcement.
