VPS Securities Falls in Vietnam Debut Amid Market Rebound

Shares of VPS Securities JSC declined in their trading debut on Tuesday, even as the broader market rebounded on the back of gains in banks and some heavyweight stocks.

The stock fell 15% to 50,800 dong per share at the close on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Tuesday after the company listed about 1.48 billion shares at an initial price of 60,000 dong each. That gave VPS Securities a market value of about 75.2 trillion dong ($2.9 billion).
