UK Has Second Go at Planning Reform as Housebuilding Stalls

Developments around rail stations will be treated with a default ‘yes’ approach in new proposals outlined by Housing Minister Matthew Pennycook in parliament. The default ‘yes’ approach will also apply to new multistory developments in towns and cities.
