Hegseth said members of the House and Senate armed services committees will get the full video on Wednesday, as well as a briefing from Admiral Frank Bradley, who oversaw the Sept. 2 operation and ordered a second strike that killed survivors on the boat. But Hegseth again rejected the idea of distributing it more broadly.
