Affinity Is Said to Explore Selling Stake in Plaza Premium Group

Affinity Equity Partners is considering selling its stake in airport hospitality firm Plaza Premium Group, people familiar with the situation said.

Asia-focused Affinity is working with an adviser and gauging interest from potential investors, including other private equity firms, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information. Hong Kong-based Plaza Premium might be valued at about $1 billion in a deal, the people said.
