A US trade court denied a request to suspend a customs process for finalizing import duties while the US Supreme Court decides whether to strike down President Donald Trump’s global tariffs.

In a ruling on Monday, a three-judge panel of the US Court of International Trade ruled that an immediate court injunction wasn’t needed because the Trump administration said it won’t oppose recalculating tariff amounts — and potentially providing refunds to importers — if the justices rule against the government.
