Nigel Farage’s Reform UK laid out plans to slash the civil service if his party gets into government, warning public sector workers that “serious weather” is heading their way.

Danny Kruger, who heads Reform’s program for overhauling how government works after he defected from the Conservative Party earlier this year, said the poll-leading party would cut 68,500 civil service roles, slashing £5.2 billion ($7 billion) — or 17% — off of salary bills.
