Apollo Awards $23.5 Million of Bonuses to Finance, Legal Chiefs

Apollo Global Management Inc. is giving its finance chief and top lawyer retention bonuses totaling $23.5 million.

Chief Financial Officer Martin Kelly and Chief Legal Officer Whitney Chatterjee will receive restricted share units worth $10 million and $13.5 million, respectively, according to a regulatory filing Friday. The awards will be granted Dec. 18.
