Germany Says It Will Back Greece to Lead Euro Finance Ministers

“I made it clear in personal conversations with both my Belgian and Greek colleagues that, as German finance minister, in consultation with the chancellery, I will vote in favor of my Greek colleague today,” he said on Thursday just before a ballot in Brussels.
