Kazakhstan’s oil production is at risk of curtailment as repair work to a critical export mooring in the Black Sea drags on.

At the moment, just one out of three moorings at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal in the Black Sea is operational because one was seriously damaged by Ukrainian drones at a time when another was undergoing maintenance.
