Blackstone Inc. has agreed to acquire utility-parts maker MacLean Power Systems.

The private equity firm plans to merge MacLean with existing portfolio company Power Grid Components, it said in a statement Wednesday. Bloomberg News reported in November that Blackstone was nearing a deal for MacLean.
