South Sudan Says Oil Flowing to Facility Rebels Seized

As the Heglig site fell to the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary group, engineers, civilians and members of Sudan’s army have streamed across the border into South Sudan, according to Gorey Kuol, an official in the country’s Unity state.
