Ivory Coast’s Ouattara Sworn In for Fourth Term as President
Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara has been sworn in for a fourth term following a landslide victory in October elections from which his main rivals were barred from running.
Ouattara, 83, who first came to power in the West African nation in 2011, will lead the world’s top cocoa producer until 2030 if he serves out the full term in office.
