Blue Owl Raises $1.7 Billion for Fund Targeting Data Centers

Blue Owl Capital Inc. raised $1.7 billion for its latest digital infrastructure fund, about a year after the firm acquired data center specialist IPI Partners.

Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Trust, which is a non-traded real estate investment trust, held a first close and started operations on Dec. 1, according to a regulatory filing.
