Blackstone Weighs Second Attempt to Sell BP Canary Wharf Office

Blackstone Inc. is once again weighing the sale of a Canary Wharf office building amid improving sentiment for the East London financial district, after an aborted attempt almost two years ago.

The private equity giant is getting ready to sell Cargo at 25 North Colonnade as early as next year, people familiar with the matter said, asking not to be identified as the deliberations are private. No final decision has been made and Blackstone will keep its options open, one of the people added.
