Renewables Firm Amara Picks Houlihan Lokey for Debt Talks

Amara NZero is working with financial adviser Houlihan Lokey Inc., as the Spanish distributor of renewable energy products grapples with pressure on its cash flows, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company has engaged the investment bank ahead of potential talks with creditors, the people added, asking not to be named discussing private information. Spokespeople for Amara and Houlihan Lokey declined to comment.
