More than three years after Ken Griffin moved his financial empire to Miami, he’s finally getting ready to sell the last piece of his once-prodigious portfolio of Chicago real estate.

The Citadel founder’s final Chicago property has gone under contract, his spokesperson confirmed Wednesday. The condo at 800 N. Michigan Avenue is now listed at $12.5 million, reflecting a $3.25 million price cut from when it was taken off the market in July.
