Wacker Neuson Is Said to Draw Takeover Interest From Doosan

German construction equipment maker Wacker Neuson SE has attracted takeover interest from suitors including South Korea’s Doosan Co., according to people familiar with the matter.

The Seoul-listed conglomerate has been holding talks with Wacker Neuson about the possibility of a transaction, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. Deliberations are ongoing and there’s no guarantee of a deal, the people said.
