OTC Courts European Bourses Eager to Repel US Listing Rivals

As European bourses fight to retain listings lured by US exchanges, one New-York based trading platform is offering itself as an ally.

OTC Markets Group Inc., which operates an over-the-counter system for equities quotations in the US, recently stuck a partnership deal with Deutsche Boerse AG, in which Frankfurt-based exchange will encourage the companies listed on its market to tap US investors without opting for a full dual listing on Wall Street.
