Kazakh company Freedom Holding Corp. is holding talks to buy TurkishBank AS, according to people with knowledge of the discussions.

The deliberations are ongoing and no final decision has been made, said the people, who declined to be identified discussing confidential information. Any deal is subject to approval from Turkish regulators.
