Revolut Chair Says UK Stamp Relief Is Attractive for Tech IPOs

Measures in the UK budget to attract more companies to the London Stock Exchange will help the bourse compete against the Nasdaq for financial technology listings, the chair of challenger bank Revolut Ltd. said.

In her budget Wednesday, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves unveiled a stamp duty holiday for the first three years after a company lists on the London exchange, as the government ramps up efforts to revive the ailing market.
