European fund distribution platform Allfunds Group Plc is attracting fresh takeover interest from suitors including Deutsche Boerse AG, according to people familiar with the matter.

The German exchange operator has been holding talks with Allfunds owners including buyout firm Hellman & Friedman about the possibility of a deal, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private.
