Hungarian opposition leader Peter Magyar said the country’s central bank has dropped an investigation into his stock market trades from 2023.

The central bank — also the country’s securities regulator — fined four people for a combined 75 million forint ($226,000) for insider trading, according to a statement published Tuesday, without naming them. Cases against two further unnamed individuals were closed for lack of sufficient evidence.
