EasyJet Sees Capacity Rising Amid Improved Airbus Deliveries

Photographer: Jason Alden/BloombergEasyJet Plc said it’s receiving aircraft from Airbus SE at a growing rate, helping the UK budget carrier improve capacity as demand for low-cost travel remains high.
The airline received nine jets from the European manufacturer in fiscal 2025 and expects to get 17 planes next year, Chief Executive Officer Kenton Jarvis said on Tuesday. As a result, capacity in available seat kilometers is set to increase about 7% in 2026.
