DroneShield Ltd. will change its options incentive framework and is undertaking an independent review of its disclosure and securities trading policies, after a string of rapid share sales from the firm’s top leadership drew the ire of investors.

The Sydney-based defense firm will ensure an “appropriate split” between cash and equity-based incentives, according to an exchange filing Monday. Non-executive directors will no longer receive performance options. The stock fell as much as 5%, poised for a five-day losing streak.
