Frankfurt Office Complex Squaire Seeks a Second Loan Extension

The owners of the Squaire, one of Germany’s largest office complexes, are looking to extend loans secured against the building for a second time as they contend with departing tenants and pressure on valuations.

The company has requested a three-month maturity extension from Dec. 19 to March 20 to allow for more time to negotiate a long-term extension, according to a filing Friday.
