Hungary Warns of Real Estate Bubble as Budapest Prices Skyrocket

Hungarian real estate prices, already rising at the fastest pace in the European Union, soared further in what the central bank warned was a further sign of overheating.

In Budapest, they jumped 30% in the third quarter from a year earlier, the central bank said in a report based on preliminary data, quickening from the previous three months. Nationally, prices increased 24%.
