Magnum Ice Cream Raises €3 Billion From Debut Bond Sale

The Magnum Ice Cream Company BV raised €3 billion ($3.4 billion) from a debut bond sale on Wednesday ahead of the firm’s spin off from Unilever Plc.

The maker of Ben & Jerry’s, Walls and Magnum printed a four-part debt dealBloomberg Terminal that drew €13.9 billion of final investor demand — falling from a peak book of €21.9 billion earlier — with the heaviest bids for the longest maturities, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified. Spreads were tightened by as much as 45 basis points for nine and 12 year notes, and slightly less for the 3.25-year and six year.
