Trump Envoy Says EU Should Take ‘Aggressive’ Line on Russia

President Donald Trump’s envoy to NATO said European allies should take a “more aggressive” approach to Moscow and move forward with plans to tap immobilized Russian assets to fund Ukraine’s war effort.

US Ambassador Matthew Whitaker said the move would be a “significant step” in shoring up Kyiv’s dwindling financing for “several years,” economically and militarily.
