EU Warns Its Ties to China Hamper Ability to Punish Russia

China “might also hurt you, and that’s the problem,” said Kaja Kallas, the EU’s high representative for foreign affairs, at a Bloomberg event in Brussels on Tuesday. “If you’re not willing to pay the price that they are going to impose on you, then it’s hard to act.”
