York Space Systems Files for US IPO Showing Revenue Growth

York Space Systems Inc., a space and defense firm that counts the US Department of Defense as a client, filed for an initial public offering, disclosing shrinking losses and growing revenue.

The AE Industrial Partners-backed firm had net loss of $54.9 million on revenue of $280.9 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30, compared with net loss of $73.1 million on revenue of $176.9 million a year earlier, according to its filing Monday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
