South Korea Offers Military Talks With North Over Border Tension

“To prevent accidental clashes and ease military tensions, our military officially proposes that the military authorities of the two Koreas hold talks to discuss establishing a clear reference line for the MDL,” South Korea’s Defense Ministry said in a statement on Monday, referring to the military demarcation line which separates the two sides.
