Ukraine claimed a strike on Rosneft PJSC’s Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region, the latest in a series of attacks on the fuel producing industry deep inside Russia.

Separately, Russia’s Novorossiysk port on the Black Sea resumed loading oil after a two-day suspension following a Ukrainian cruise missile attack, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter and LSEG data.
