Warburg, Permira Are in Talks to Buy Clearwater Analytics

Warburg Pincus and Permira are in talks to acquire investment and accounting software maker Clearwater Analytics Holdings Inc., according to people familiar with the matter.

A deal by the two buyout firms, which helped take Clearwater public in 2021, could come together within weeks, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information.
