US Rallies UN Support for Trump Gaza Plan as Russia Rivals

The UN action is largely symbolic, since Trump’s 20-point plan has been in motion since Israel and Hamas signed a truce agreement in October. But the US has pushed for a stamp of approval from the world body to keep up the diplomatic momentum.
