Shell Plc has been ordered to pay Venture Global Inc.’s legal fees for an arbitration case that the liquefied natural gas exporter prevailed in over the oil giant.

Venture Global said in a brief emailed statement Friday that the International Court of Arbitration had awarded it an undisclosed amount. The company plans to use the money for coastal restoration efforts in Louisiana.
