SAP On Track to Dodge EU Antitrust Fine Over Software Probe

SAP SE is on track to dodge an antitrust fine after the European Union sought feedback on an offer from the software giant to settle an investigation into its flagship product.

The Brussels-based European Commission said Friday it will start a so-called market test of commitments filed by SAP earlier this week to allay allegations of anti-competitive conduct over its Enterprise Resource Planning software.
