Park Plaza Hotels Europe Owners Discuss Options With Investment Firms

PPHE Hotel Group Ltd.’s biggest shareholders are planning to meet investment firms to discuss deal options for the real estate company behind Park Plaza Hotels in Europe.

Founder Eli Papouchado and PPHE President Boris Ivesha intend to hold “a small handful of meetings” with financial investors, they said in a statement Friday. They plan to discuss a range of options, from contributing growth capital to possibly selling part of their stakes in PPHE, according to the statement.
