Central Pattana’s Profit Surges to Record on Big One-Off Boosts

Net income rose 31% to 5.42 billion baht ($168 million) for the three months ended Sept. 30, according to a company statement Friday. The profit beat analysts’ estimate of 4.54 billion baht, and excluding non-recurring items and contributions from the residential business, it was up 23% from a year ago.
