Lotte Chemical Corp. completed the sale of its Pakistan unit, making it the latest in a flurry of multinational companies leaving the South Asian nation.

The South Korean company sold its 75% stake for 98 billion won ($66.9 million) in Lotte Chemical Pakistan Ltd. to Dubai-based PTA Global Holding Ltd., it said in a statement on Thursday.
