The West African nation’s dollar bonds slumped a fourth day on Wednesday, extending a rout that began after the International Monetary Fund left the country last week without agreeing a new program. Senegal’s finances have been under strain since the authorities last year announced the discovery of $7 billion of unreported loans — a revelation that led to the suspension of a funding program from the IMF.
