Arlo Hotels’ Owner Quadrum Eyes Sale of Lodging Brand, Property

Quadrum Global is working with advisers to explore a potential sale of Arlo Hotels, a boutique lodging chain with outposts in New York, Miami and Washington.

Quadrum is working with Moelis & Co. and Eastdil Secured to solicit potential buyers for the Arlo brand and its underlying real estate, according to people familiar with the effort. It’s possible that the process doesn’t lead to a sale, said one of the people, who asked not to be named discussing the matter.
