Spain Avoids Discussing Venezuela at EU-CELAC Summit

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez followed other European leaders in opting not to weigh in on growing tensions between US President Donald Trump and Venezuela amid a US military deployment in the region.

Sánchez made an early departure on Sunday from the European Union, Caribbean and Latin American summit in Santa Marta, Colombia.
