Tikehau Shares Plunge as Long-Time Backer Temasek Trims Stake

Tikehau Capital SA dropped the most since the company’s 2017 initial public offering after long time shareholder Temasek sold part of its stake in the company at a discount.

The French alternative investment manager dropped as much as 14.12% Friday and was trading at €14.96 euros ($17.366) a share at 1:32 p.m. in Paris. The sharp drop came after Temasek sold about 1.25 million Tikehau Capital shares at €15.25 a share, a 12.46% discount to its closing price Thursday.
