Casino Operator Affinity Looks to Moelis to Advise on Debt Talks

Casino operator Affinity Interactive is in talks with Moelis & Co. for advice as it looks to negotiate with bondholders over a potential restructuring, according to people familiar with the matter.

The move to work with Moelis comes as some of Affinity’s bondholders have brought in Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld to hold discussions with the company, said the people, who asked not to be identified speaking about private information.
