Bain Is Said to Picks Banks for IPO of Infrastructure Firm Eleda

Bain Capital has picked banks for an initial public offering of Eleda, a Swedish infrastructure projects and services provider, according to people familiar with the matter.

The private equity firm is working with DNB Carnegie and Morgan Stanley on the IPO in Stockholm, which could happen as soon as next year, the people said, asking not to be identified as the matter is private.
