The Parliamentary seats containing England’s 50 poorest neighborhoods are turning almost wholesale to Nigel Farage’s insurgent Reform UK, with nine out of 10 of those sited in constituencies the party would capture if an election were held today, according to data from YouGov and the government examined by Bloomberg.
