Singapore Sets New Food Production Goal, Drops 2030 Target

Singapore will replace its “30 by 30” food sustainability goal with new targets for specific food types as local producers contend with limited land space and high operating costs.

In 2019, the city-state had set a target to locally produce 30% of its residents’ nutritional needs by 2030.
